The tire depth gauge is mainly used to measure the tire tread depth. This device can detect whether the tire wear exceeds the safety pattern depth, so as to determine whether the tires of the car need to be replaced.
Generally speaking, when the tire wears down to only 1.6 mm deep in the tread groove, it must be replaced.
